Opera Talks:Der Rosenkavalier
Each Thrusday preceding the Saturday Met Opera Broadcasts, Symphony hall will host a Cocktail Hour with entertaining and educational presentations about opera on stage at Symphony Hall. The workshop will be presented by David Richie, former opera singer, President of Berks Opera Workshop Reading, from 5-7PM. If you know a little or notheing about opera and have a desire to learn, if you love it and can't get enough, if you love Bugs Bunny and "Pretty Woman", if you think opera is for the elderly and stuffed-shirts but you are open-minded and can bear leaving your work for two hours, then this Cocktail Hour is for you.
Presentations include multimedia , audio, video, content from the Metropolitan Opera nad live performances by Tamara Black and other Berks Opera Workshop young artists.
